2. PRODUCTS AND PRICES
All products are described as accurately as possible. We reserve the right to make technical errors in descriptions and images.
Prices are quoted in dinars (RSD) and include VAT. Delivery costs are not included in the displayed price and will be clearly shown before order confirmation
. If we offer a promotional price, the lowest price of that item in the previous 30 days will also be indicated.
3. DISTANCE SELLING AGREEMENT
The agreement is considered concluded at the moment when the consumer confirms the order and the seller sends confirmation by e-mail. A copy of the agreement
will be sent to the consumer's e-mail address.
We reserve the right to refuse an order and refund all charged funds.
4. DELIVERY
Delivery is carried out via [courier service name] throughout the territory of the Republic of Serbia.

5. RIGHT TO CANCEL THE AGREEMENT (RETURN OF GOODS)
5.1 Term and condition
In accordance with Art. 28–34 of the Law on Consumer Protection ("Official Gazette of the RS", no. 88/2021), the consumer has the right to withdraw from the distance selling agreement within 14 (fourteen) days,
without stating a reason and without costs except for direct costs of returning the goods.
The term begins to run from the day the consumer received the goods.
5.2 How to exercise the right
Withdrawal is declared by completing the Withdrawal Form (available at the end of this page) or by a free written statement sent

5.3 Refund of money
The entire amount paid by the consumer, including standard delivery costs, will be refunded within 14 days of receiving the withdrawal statement. The refund may be delayed until receipt of the goods.
The refund will be made using the same payment method used by the consumer.
5.4 Return of goods
The consumer must send the goods no later than 14 days from sending the withdrawal statement. The consumer bears the direct costs of return.
5.5 Exceptions — the right to cancel does NOT exist for:
- Goods made to special order or personalized goods
- Goods that spoil quickly
- Sealed goods that cannot be returned for health or hygiene protection reasons, which have been opened after delivery
- Sealed audio, video, or software goods opened after delivery
6. GOODS CONFORMITY AND COMPLAINTS
6.1 Conformity period
The seller is responsible for non-conformity of goods within 2 (two) years from delivery.
6.2 Consumer rights
The consumer may request: repair or replacement, price reduction, or termination of the agreement and refund of money.

Include proof of purchase and a description of the defect with the complaint.
The seller is obliged to respond to the complaint within 8 (eight) days and resolve it within 15 days (30 days for technical goods).

7.2 What data we collect
We collect first name, last name, and delivery address to fulfill the contract. We use the e-mail address for order confirmation and communication.
We do not sell data to third parties.
We share data exclusively with: the courier service (delivery), accounting agency (legal obligation), and payment processor.
7.3 Your rights
You have the right to access, correct, delete, transfer, and restrict data processing. You can file a complaint with the Commissioner for Personal Data Protection (www.poverenik.rs).

The website uses necessary cookies for operation. Analytical cookies are used only with your consent.
8. ALTERNATIVE DISPUTE RESOLUTION
If your complaint is not resolved to your satisfaction, you can contact the Body for Out-of-Court Consumer Dispute Resolution:

The procedure is free for the consumer and lasts a maximum of 90 days.
9. APPLICABLE LAW
All disputes are governed by the law of the Republic of Serbia. The competent court is the court at [seller's seat].
10. AMENDMENTS TO TERMS
We reserve the right to amend these terms with prior notice of at least 15 days.
